Smile Foundation app for iPhone and iPad

Smile Foundation is a South African non-governmental organisation with a comprehensive health care vision for children living with facial conditions. Smile Foundation together with the country’s Academic Hospitals work together to put the smile back onto children’s faces with corrective facial reconstructive surgery and treatments. The app provides information about different facial conditions including cleft lip/palate, facial paralysis, craniofacial conditions and ear deformities. It offers the ability to submit a patient referral directly to Smile Foundation and provides mechanisms for you to connect with Smile Foundation.
